         runtime environments.

     User Interface:
       * All API calls to AWT have been downgraded to JDK 1.0.2 to make
         work the applet in Netscape Navigator 4.5 for Macintosh.
     Map data:
       * The map data file has been renamed to "mapdata.gif" since
         Netscape Navigator does not allow applets to access files with
         other extensions than ".gif". Note: The map data is *not*
         a GIF image file.
       * Uses now the same format for the map data as xearth. This format
         provides some hints to the ZIP compressor and thus greatly reduces
         the overall size of the JAR file.
     Export function:
       * White lines on white background bug fixed.
       * Unintended coastline bug fixed.
