EmbedPDF is a Java PDF Viewer, which can be used to embed a PDF document inside of a HTML page.
EmbedPDF is based on the Sun pdf-renderer library. I have added the following features to that library:
- Support for CMYK- and YCCK-encoded JPEG images.
- Rotation of Pages in steps of 90°.
- Sub-pixel antialising (similar to what ClearType does).
EmbedPDF does not have all the functionality that you might be used to from Adobe Acrobat Reader. The purpose of this applet is to use it as a fallback on browsers for which Adobe Acrobat Reader currently does not support embedding of PDF documents.
