Compliance with Moodle GIFT format

SimpleQuestion is mostly compliant with the Moodle GIFT format. The following notable differences exist:

• Questions without answers are supported. They are included as text pages into a test.
• If a question contains multiple answers lists, a cloze question is generated.
• SCORM 1.2 sharable content objects can be included as questions.
• Essay questions are not supported.
• Text-formatting is not supported.
