Compliance with Moodle GIFT format

SimpleQuestion is mostly compliant with the Moodle GIFT format. The following notable differences exist:

If a question contains multiple answers lists, a cloze question is generated.
SCORM 1.2 sharable content objects can be included as questions.
Essay questions are not supported.
Text-formatting is not supported.
